我很喜歡安藤忠雄的建築哲學，到頭來，它不只是房子，是可用感官去細味、用感性去體驗的空間。清水混凝土如太初的自然一樣包覆著祈禱的人，而光靜靜灑進來，刺眼的光令眼睛只聚焦在十字架上。專注在信仰之中吧，光芒會在心中指引出道路。
最令人欣喜的，是這小教堂真正融入居民的生活中，隱身在寧靜的小社區中，非常樸實，光之教堂座落大阪茨木市的社區內，巴士站旁的公園，活像「叮噹」中大雄跟朋友玩的公園一樣。我想正是大師為何在預算緊拙時，仍咬緊牙關完成它的原因吧。

When I walked into the little chapel, everything was at my amazement. The scarced atmosphere is so raw and organic, light shed into your mind and the winter breeze entered through the cross and calmed down every nerves. Though I have no religion, I believe it is to live accord to nature’s law and embrace every encounter with a gracious smile, like what the light and breeze taught me.
